,Huiming Li, based in Singapore, has more than 10 years of experience in the fuels and transport industry. She joined Hart Energy in July 2004 and currently works for Stratas Advisors, a Hart Energy company, where she directs research and consulting for the Global Fuel Specifications (GFS) service since January 2014 (GFS was formerly known as the International Fuel Quality Center or IFQC). Ms. Li leads GFS’s mission to improve communications among the refining, automobile and governmental sectors and enhance understanding of fuel quality issues, and advises GFS clients as well as other companies, governments and non-governmental organizations on fuel quality and policy issues.
