Based in Hong Kong, Kenneth oversees all sales and business development activities of Matica’s printer business in the Asia Pacific region. He is also responsible for the operations of all Matica’s subsidiaries in Asia. Kenneth has over 20 years of experiences working in the card issuance, smart card and security industry. He has been active in the card issuance industry and has substantial managerial experience in sales and market penetration throughout Asia. Prior to joining Matica, Kenneth was the Director of Events and Media and Executive Editor of the Asia Pacific Smart Card Association (APSCA) promoting applications of smart technologies and working with industry leaders such as Visa, MasterCard, etc. Prior to APSCA, Kenneth was with HID Global for six years overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the Fargo brand throughout the Asia Pacific region. As Director of Sales and under his leadership, Kenneth was engaged in prominent card issuance programs in Asia including Asia’s first on-demand picture card issuance program by MasterCard and the world’s first instant personalized gift card issuance project for Homeplus in Korea, to name a few.
