Studies include BA in Management (Greece), MBA in Management and Organizational Behaviour, MSc in Technology Management (USA) and Doctorate from the University of Macedonia (Greece). Prior to his academic job, he worked as freelance consultant in many EU projects (ADAPT, TEMPUS specialised in HR and TQM related issues). He was a Senior Researcher at Lancaster University (UK) Management School in part of the European Union Research Project Human Capital and Mobility Programme working on Managerial Effectiveness and the Role of Middle Managers in Europe. Current research interests on Talent Management, TQM-HR relationship, Quality in Logistics, Business Excellence and Managerial Effectiveness. His research work published on domestic and international journals (International Journal of Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management: an International Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence Journal), and in three collective books.
